Our special akamiso is plain but powerful, and the simple, sweet, white miso is full-bodied. Chicken and pork make a great tasting balance in the soup stock, each contributing something special.
Savory stewed Pork with a great aroma is so tender it melts in your mouth. First, we fry it in oil to capture the flavor. Then we put it in soy sauce that has been in continual use for 4 years. We then simmer it for 3 hours with ginger, garlic, and green onion.
We also recommend a side of ramen to go with the "Stewed pork rice ball" and "Miso grilled rice ball"
