Iizaka Onsen is a popular hot springs in Fukushima City, Iizaka Town. It is one of the three superlative spas in northeastern Japan, along with Naruko Onsen and Akiu Onsen, and it used be called "Sabako No Yu"(these days there is still a bath of that name).
Azuma Plaza Hotel is situated in the center of Iizaka alongside the clear stream Akagawa, and around the hotel you can enjoy the seasons for looking at spring flowers, fall colors, etc., changing each season to delight the eyes of tourists. In addition, it is a good base for exploring Fukushima, because in the area there are many tourist attractions including the Fruit Line.
Hotel Azuma boasts of having an "enzyme bath" something very uncommon in Japan.
Please come here sometime, for sure.
