In Nihonmatsu, we offer our miso manju cheaply and conveniently. Since we first opened we have continued to make the traditional taste carried down through five generations.
* Our "Miso" bun "Miso Manju"
This received the minister's first place award at the 56th National Confection Exposition! We knead miso with sweet white bean paste, wrap this in dough, and bake while moist.

We stick to using pure authentic materials, and buy our wonderful fresh eggs and dairy goods directly from the farm.
