In castle town Nihonmatsu, this is an old and famous shop in the middle of many buildings. We really know how make traditional Nihonmatsu yokan. We spare no effort to accomplish this, heating with oak wood and covering the yokan with bamboo skin, and giving it the same taste as in the Edo period. This "Tama Yokan" is the starting concept of this shop.
We continue to make confections as we always have, but we try new things sometimes.
