You can choose what you like and as much as you like from soft drinks and about 80 kinds of Japanese and Western and Chinese desserts etc. made with seasonal ingredients.
Visitors can enjoy a buffet with a great selection including handmade 100% buckwheat noodles, Morioka cold ramen, and types of oven-baked pizza.
There is also all-you-can-drink alcohol. Incidentally, "Lieto"means "happy or enjoyable" in Italian.
