Founded in the late Edo period, Okadaya makes unique "Koyo pickles" with a soy sauce flavor, in a traditional way handed down from generation to generation .
On March 15, 1912, we received the Gold Medal of Honor at the National Industrial Exposition. In addition, on April 28 1920 (Taisho 9), we received the silver medal in Kanazawa at an expo of important things from Northern Japanese civilization.
