We are famous for our "Big Surprise Sauce Cutlet"
The four slabs of rib meat are so big they won't entirely fit in the dish! They stick out over the edge!
Our extensive menu uses meat from our prefecture and locally raised vegetables. Authentic ramen is also popular.
