This well-established Japanese confectionery has been seen on the telly. We put all our hearts into our homemade confections.
*Yui Marron
We use small chestnuts to reduce the sweetness of the Hokkaido adzuki paste that we put on top. Because the yokan squares are bite-sized, they are prefect for teatime.
*Adatara Mochi
We boil Yubeshi-like mochi to make a glutinous addition within the roasted soybean flour crust. These are popular sweets for children and young folks.
*Onsen-Manju
Bean paste containing dark brown sugar wrapped in rich skin. Just now, these enjoy an excellent reputation.
