To the west of Fukushima City, spread out in the rolling terrain at the foot of the Azuma mountain peaks is the rural village of Shinobu.
This restaurant is inside a pear orchard, and here you can savor "hand-cut soba" traditional fare that has been handed down over the ages from Minami Aizu-gun, Hinoemata Village.
The place overlooks the Fukushima basin, and here guests can enjoy the view from their seat or a Japanese terrace.
In this comforting and healing space, nature completely surrounds you when you wish to indulge in some of our authentic hand-cut noodles.
Although we don't accept seat reservations, if you come by 3:00 we will keep some noodles aside for you.
Please don't hesitate to call if you want us to do so.
