"Kokorian" first uses stone ground buckwheat flour from Aizu and then mixes it with groundwater from the foot of Mt. Azuma, one of Japan's 100 most famous mountains, to make "firm" soba.
If you are coming by, it is best to check by phone because we often sell out, and then we close.
In addition, we don't accept reservations for seats, but if you come by before 4 PM we'll set some soba aside for you.
