Founded in 1953. At the present time, Tokio Kikuta is the second generation owner. He was born in 1941 as the Second World War was beginning, and because he was a child born during times of great movement and activity, his name was written "(Autumn) Akio Kikuta・; it is pronounced "Tokio" (moving time) and thus there is a special meaning.
The owner exhibits award winning sculpture and hand-engraved stamps, carved with his great experience, which won a Gold Medal at the national competition for large high quality stamps. He has lined up the seals in the shop, in a showcase created to display them. There is also a displayed stamp collection from his hobby.
Inside there are gold replicas of "King of Hankos", a very famous stamp, and there are posters, and a restaurant where time passes quickly while visitors listen to the stories of the owner.
