In the castle town of Nihonmatsu, many generations have made our confections and carried on the same taste, seasonal selections, and warm feeling we have always put in them.
"Kaden Anpan" is made the old-fashioned way, including ingredients and taste. We put almond, sesame, and pumpkin seeds inside thin "Chuiru" wafers that customers especially appreciate!
In addition to Japanese confections there are Western cakes, but mainly baked sweets as well as many other kinds of good things.
