“Flash” was in front of Fukushima Station for 17 years.
We moved and reopened just after the earthquake disaster. (Last year, August)
Our lot is quite large so it is easy to park!
The proprietress manages the barbershop on the 1st floor. “Flash” beauty shop is on the 2nd floor.
There are two places for shampooing, and the profusion of woodwork is calming, and creates a truly soothing space!
There are four seats for haircuts. Because everything is by appointment only, propinquity of others is of no concern and you receive your style slowly in your own time.
The owner has a skilled career of more than 20 years, so why not become more attractive?!
