The name of our shop serving Piedmont-style vegetable cuisine, "bagna cauda" means "Hot sauce" and "Warm bath" in Italian.
Of course, our menu primarily is simple and cold fresh vegetables made with garlic, anchovies, extra virgin olive oil, and hot, thick piquant sauce. Please savor.
The laid-back smiling chef makes his original special sauce with mild garlic so there is no lingering smell from a sauce so tasty you can't stop eating.
