This general store is in an old building constructed in Iizaka Onsen during the Taisho Era.
Inside Nihonmatsu Adatara Michi-no-eki, Kamikawasaki Washi Workshop prints photos of beautiful Iizaka street scenes on handmade Japanese paper postcards.
We have small articles made of washi paper, Iizaka Town痴 original print photos etc., and many historic Iizaka Onsen souvenirs and gifts are things that come highly recommended .
In addition, we stock a big supply of additive-free herbal soaps that are kind to the skin.
We certainly recommend herbal soap in a healthful combination with the hot spring.
Besides all this, "Atalier Utakata"displays pottery by local "Momoyama Bokama" artisan Suzuki Toru, various antiques, etc. When you come to Iizaka Onsen, please drop in. We really look forward to seeing you!
