The owner is the 4th since Hobaraya Cafe was founded in 1931, and a lot of fans in the dining room especially favor the "Iizaka Ramen" and "Gyoza"
We have become strongly established over many decades, and have handmade, traditional wavy noodles, Chinese noodles that are popular among ramen fans, including "Kenka" ramen, and "Ground sesame" ramen. We make all of our pot-stickers from scratch with fresh vegetables, and only wrap and bake them after you order. The bite into glutinous nicely-colored skin, crisp on the bottom, makes the spicy juice overflow to excite the taste buds.
